Parisi Speed School Founder, Bill Parisi, is joined by Parisi Fair Lawn Owner, Rich Sadiv, to discuss the benefits of asymmetrical carries for athletic performance.

Carries are an incredible tool to build core stability in athletes of all ages. Asymmetrical carries can be performed of 3 rounds of 40 yards, focusing on keeping the body balanced an upright.

Coaching Cues

  1. Shoulders back
  2. Chin neutral
  3. Counter-balance with opposite hand
  4. Look straight ahead
  5. Toes straight ahead
