PRESENTERS & TOPICS:
Bill Parisi
- Founder and CEO of Parisi Speed School, with 100+ licensed locations worldwide and over 1,000 certified coaches
- Author of Anatomy of Speed; Coauthor of Fascia Training in Application and Fascia Training: A Whole-System Approach
Fascia Training in Athletic Performance
Based on Bill Parisi’s latest book, Fascia Training in Application, this presentation will give personal trainers, performance coaches, and physical therapists a practical understanding of research-based principles for optimizing performance, fitness, and injury-resilience using fascia-aware training techniques that can be incorporated into any program from high school to pros, beginners to weekend warriors.
Bobby Stroupe
- Founder of Athlete Performance Enhancement Center (APEC)
- Personal trainer for Patrick Mahomes and numerous pro athletes
Netflix Vs. Reality
The Netflix docuseries “Quarterback” pulled the curtain back on the lifelong relationship between MVP quarterback Patrick Mahomes (KC Chiefs) and Bobby Stroupe—who has worked with Patrick since he was nine-years-old. Learn the programming and fascia-aware training techniques Bobby used with Patrick during a challenging, injury-riddled season that ended with a Super Bowl Championship. Topics will include developing movement literacy for athletes of all ages and sports, programming full-body FUSE (warmups) for any type of movement session, and how to train your athletes for the physical AND psychological demands of competition.
Michol Dalcourt
- Founder of Institute of Motion
- Developer of ViPR PRO
Submaximal Omnidirectional Loading – Building the Chassis
Task-driven loading on all three planes is essential for fascia-aware training because it helps athletes develop the inner chassis of their suspension system by activating tissues across multiple joints, kinetic chains, and anatomical structures. Michol Dalcourt, originator of the ViPR PRO, explains how incorporating submaximal loading into the anatomical adaptation phase of periodization improves shape-stability, coordination, odd-position strength, and force-transfer through omnidirectional remodeling and time under tension.
Eric Owens
- Originator of Delos Therapy
- Cofounder of Delos Institute; Delos Robotics
Simplifying the Science of Three-Dimensional SMR
Expand your myofascial therapy understanding and abilities by learning how to apply the basic principles of three-dimensional pressure and shear to release tight muscles, improve fluid flow, increase range of motion, and restore muscle pliability in this introductory presentation on the fundamentals of Delos Therapy by cofounder Eric Owens. Participants will learn how to use three-dimensional SMR tools to improve performance before training and competition and accelerate recovery by breaking up fibrotic tissues and facilitating healthy remodeling.
Seth Forman
- Head of Education and Training for Kayezen/VECTOR
- Master Trainer, Fascia Training Academy
Multi-Vector Resistance Training for Increased Stability and Coordination
FTA Master Trainer Seth Forman explains how to quickly give clients better movement control and confidence by using accommodating resistance, elastic bands, and multi-vector loading tools to help them auto-correct posture, improve coordination, and instinctively create stability.
Chris and Ann Frederick
- Developers of Stretch to Win™ and Frederick Stretch Therapy™
- Authors of the books Stretch to Win and Fascial Stretch Therapy
Fascianetics – Comprehensive Flexibility Training for Athletes
Learn the principles of what industry-innovators Chris and Ann Frederick call “Fascianetics,” a highly efficient functional flexibility assessment and training system that quickly tunes the body’s balance of tension and compression for optimal performance using ultra-precise hands-on techniques. Attendees will learn how to perform a 10-minute whole-body assisted mobility micro-session for clients and athletes at both the individual and group level.
