The POW! Gym is located at 310 South Racine in Chicago’s West Loop.  We are located on the first floor and offer free parking behind our building (access of of Jackson Blvd).   It is the Official Parisi Speed School of Chicago. We are committed to training and developing the effort and movement mechanics of your youth athlete. Each athlete is on-boarded with an evaluation before they are able to fully enroll in the Parisi program. Until an athlete knows his or her current ability, it is impossible to realistically recommend programming, create goals or monitor progress. The Parisi Evaluation is critical to every athlete in our program for four main reasons.  The evaluation is an amazing tool to:

  • Assesses the current level of an athlete’s ability
  • Allows proper placement in our programming
  • Provides ways to individualized coaching and focus
  • Records and monitors progress toward success
