Join us in congratulating Champions Sports Performance, located in Cornelius North Carolina, as the 2016 Franchise of the Year.   Although they have been a franchisee since 2011, over the last year, Champions has set the standard for excellence in our network.  Owner Greg O’Connor has created a culture of success that trickles down to the rest of their staff, allowing them to deliver what is ultimately most important…a positive training experience.  Through their hard work, attention to detail and always adhering to the mission, Champions has raised the bar of what a successful speed school should look like.

While we can all agree that making money is important, that is only part of what makes a Parisi Speed School successful.  It’s making a difference on the training floor first and foremost by adhering to the mission.  It is creating a culture where staff puts the program first, and not themselves.  It is attention to detail and focusing on all facets of the business.  It is not staying stagnant and always looking to be better today, than yesterday.   This is what makes Parisi Speed School more than just a sports franchise and there is no better example of this than Champions.
