Fast Break Sports Performance – Fredericksburg, VA
Chris Pellegrino, Owner
Chris lives and works in Fredericksburg, Virginia and has been in the fitness industry for a number of years in various training and management capacities, most currently as a Wellness Manager at his local YMCA.
However, what Chris loves to do most is coach and one positive that came out of the current pandemic for Chris is that it gave him time to think about what he truly wants to do and that is work with young athletes.
He has always worked with young athletes off and on over the years, but is ready really take things to the next level and he feels Parisi’s platform, brand, education and training will help him make his mark in the community.

Michael Fyock, Owner
Michael is a financial planner but has been coaching soccer and sports performance for years. With the COVID-19 pandemic, he is turning his attention to where his passion lies, and that is working with young athletes.
He runs a large soccer club and sees himself incorporating Parisi Programming within this organization, as well as doing additional classes for athletes outside of his community.
While he has a great deal of training experience, he feels Parisi will give him the structure and organization, via a nationally recognized platform, to take things to a level he may not have reached otherwise.
