This week I found a video of Stuart McGill teaching proper deadlift technique with Aaron Lipsey. McGill is known as “the back guy” not only in the weightlifting community but also world wide in various sports. If you ever have back issues, watching videos and reading articles by Stuart McGill is a great way to try to correct these issues.
