The low pogo jump is a staple in the Parisi warmup. When we think about increasing speed, we like to teach stiffness in the body: when our legs and core can remain stiff, we create more force into the ground and thus, more speed as we run.
The low pogo progression is an excellent drill for your athlete to practice at home. It is easy to learn but tough to master and requires no space at all to perform.

Hi can you further explain how stiffness in your legs and core leads to more speed. You also mention keeping the toes up. I’ve seen other videos mention keeping the heels up in a pogo. How do you differentiate a low pogo
Versus regular pogo. Thanks
