Group classes not your thing? Looking for more of a private Training setting? Not a problem! Our Parisi Adult Program was created with a very straight forward philosophy: people who get personalized coaching get better results.
Parisi Adult Training emphasizes functional movement, which refers to exercises that mimic everyday movement patterns and have practical application in real life. The goal is to improve overall fitness and build functional strength, rather than isolating specific muscle groups.
Our Adult Circuit Training classes are fast-paced and varied, with a different workout offered every day. Each class is 1 hour long and includes a combination of cardio and strength and conditioning exercises, plyometrics, and sport related drills to help any age reach their full potential at any age.
We have a state-of-the-art training facility equipped with all the necessary equipment to help you succeed. Plus, our experienced trainers will guide you through each exercise and provide modifications to suit your fitness level.
You will typically rotate between different stations, performing exercises on the treadmill, TRX bands, and weights all led by a Perofrmance coach who provides guidance and motivation.
