My son had achieved some success in youth sports, but he needed to improve his athleticism to achieve the same success in high school and beyond. Parisi has provided him with the foundation to meet his full potential as an athlete. He learned things about his body that has challenged him in a way that will take him to the next level of performance. We have seen vast improvement in his hip strength and flexibility, his core strength and his lower body explosion that will make a huge difference for him. The professionals at Parisi are extremely knowledgeable and dedicated. I'm convinced that Parisi is absolutely necessary for him to reach his athletic goals.
I highly recommend the Parisi Speed Performance Program and the team of coaches to any athlete that is looking to build high-performance in speed, strength, and agility. My son Jordan is 11 years old, and he plays seasonal flag football with a very well organized flag football league in the Baltimore area—and, we wanted a program that would challenge him, and offer a safe environment and a productive workout. He had an outstanding performance on opening day with his teammates—his jump cuts were sharp, take-off speed was strong and running form was outstanding…, two touchdowns, and a 2-point conversion to put the icing on the cake! Thank you Parisi team!

Typically, most families gather around the dinner table to share time together. But Peter Centenari and his daughters, Kristina, 16, and Gabrielle, 15, have a much more unique approach.
They spend their Wednesday afternoons running, jumping and sweating together at the Parisi Speed School at LifeBridge Health & Fitness in Pikesville.
The Parisi Speed School helps athletes of all levels to maximize their physical and mental potential. Led by Team Leader Hakeem Clark, the school offers classes for both individuals and sports teams.
Our 10 year old son Max started with Parisi Speed School in August 2011 with the goal of improving his overall strength, flexibility and athleticism in preparation for his fall travel baseball program. Training began with 10 personal sessions which focused on his running form and improvement of his overall explosiveness and quickness. Max's improved athleticism following just the 10 personal sessions was markedly noticeable to his coaches and we decided to continue him with the Parisi Jump Start program. Since he began Parisi, we have noticed a dramatic improvement in Max's running form which has caused him to trim his times on the base paths and to become an overall better athlete. His lower body strength has also improved which has helped him reach even greater distances when hitting a baseball. Most importantly, since he began with Parisi, we have seen both his endurance and confidence level increase when playing any sport. Max enjoys the workouts and looks forward to beginning training again at the end of basketball season.
I just wanted you to know how much Parisi helped both of my daughters. As you know I was leery of sending them to Parisi,I'm old school, you can't teach speed. Boy was I wrong! Liza plays JV Field Hockey, went from being a borderline High School player to starting on a undefeated regular season team, and there only lost was the county championship game. She was faster with a more fluid running style, stronger and quicker. Sydney who made her college Lacrosse team as a walk-on, attended Parisi over the summer and her coaches mentioned during fall ball how much quicker and stronger she was, definitely noticeable, Both girls will return this summer, see you then!
I don't know what you're doing with Bailey, but you may need to become the speed coach at San Diego State. She's always been a gifted athlete, but recently she's making even my eyes bulge with surprise. In the past, I've seen her run WITH girls, and I've seen her run BEHIND girls, but I've never seen her RUN AWAY from girls I know have speed...until Wednesday night in her summer lax championship game. She caught a pass and accelerated like Hussein Bolt. I saw an opponent she's competed against for the past 10 years start tracking her from behind and my first thought was she would catch her because she's a speedy one. Not the case this night. My mouth was gaping by the end of the transition as Bailey actually put more distance between them. I looked at my wife with a startled expression and simply asked if I was hallucinating, or if Bailey just dusted that opponent.
Whatever you are doing, don't let up, I'll be delivering a fast-moving, killing-machine to San Diego State on August 22nd. Keep this up and we'll call her "The Bail-enator" in due time.
I would gladly provide a referral to anyone who is considering sending their kids to Parisi Speed School. Our kids looked forward to participating in their classes every single time! The staff at Parisi were very enthusiastic and did a great job coaching. I saw a vast improvement, not only in my kids' speed and ability, but more importantly, in their self confidence as runners and athletes. They practiced their skills and drills at home, on their own, because they were so excited to try and better their own times. It has been a great experience for them, different than anything they have tried before."
