“I’m a junior at Cedarburg High School, where I’m a varsity fast-pitch softball pitcher and swimmer. During the two years that I’ve been going to Parisi, I have had two toe surgeries. This hasn’t stopped me from returning during my recovery phases. The trainers were more than willing to change the different workout routines, so I didn’t re-injure my toes. By training nine months out of the year here, I’ve gotten so much stronger. This gained strength has made me more athletic for softball pitching and batting. I’ve grown a lot as an athlete from going to Parisi and every time I go, I’m pushed to be the best I can be and-stronger for softball than I ever thought I could be.”

“Sophia, the youngest member of Parisi, is an active six year old who enjoys the challenge and fun of the speed training class. Sophia plays golf, soccer, participates in her school’s track & field program, and enjoys being a part of Cedarburg Poms. Exploring her various athletic abilities and interests is important at this age and Parisi has been a great complement to that. Participating in speed training has helped Sophia build self-confidence and develop a strong foundation of skills that’ll enhance her future success in any sport. Sophia’s a hard worker, great listener, and always has a “can do” attitude. Most importantly, Sophia says that Parisi at Form and Fitness is so much fun and her smile proves it!”
