Jimmy Almuete
Program Director, Performance Coach
Jimmy is a Doce Pares fourth degree black belt in the martial art of Arnis or Eskrima which is known by the more familiar name of “stick fighting.” Jimmy holds two WEKAF world championship titles. He has served as the strength and conditioning coach for the US National team from 1994 – present. He has trained members of USA team competing in the World Championships all over the globe.
Jimmy has experience as a personal trainer. In addition, he has been a kickboxing instructor.
He has served as a commissioner for a youth and adult men’s basketball league with over 100 members for 3 years. Currently, Jimmy coaches high school basketball and football and has done so for several years.
Jimmy has experience training college and professional athletes.
