Janice Naulty (Cameron’s mom)
Cameron began training with Parisi Speed School in the basketball off season in an attempt to increase his quickness, strength and vertical jump. He exceeded his expectations in each of these categories and earned himself a starting spot on the Henderson High School Junior Varsity Basketball Team. With his eye on the varsity team for next year, Cameron hopes to continue his off season training with Parisi.
Andrew Savinson (Umar’s dad)
The quality of the Parisi classes is superb and the instructors are excellent. Umar has definitely become a better soccer player in the last year and his running form and speed have shown substantial improvement. Thank you!
Tanya Wolverton (Sarah’s mom)
The improvement we have seen in Sarah’s running definitely shows when she is on the track this not only coming from us as her parents but from her coaches in both track & gymnastics. As a parent I feel confident that possible injuries are lowered because she is learning the best techniques from stretching to performance. Sarah and her team ran some of their best times this past week and were able to qualify in both the 4×1 and the 4×4 at districts next week. Thank you for having this program and giving your time to these inspiring athletes.
Elaine Dipiano (Nick’s mom)
“As a parent, I see a huge difference in Nick. He is in the best shape he has ever been. He is a much better athlete because of his training at Parisi. The personal attention the Parisi trainers provide is awesome. The small class size with the personal attention makes a big difference. One play he had last night, he was able to beat the opposing team in a chase. He told me after the game he wouldn’t have been able to do that last year. He says he doesn’t even have to think about what he was taught, it’s just instinct. A lot of people have noticed the change in Nick. All the hard work paid off. Thank you!”
Wilson Football Coach Doug Dahms, on Manheim’s Dakota Royer.
“He’s probably the fastest defensive lineman I’ve ever seen in high school. When he comes off the edge- phew he flies. He’s the real deal.
Sara (John George’s mother)
“John George wanted me to write to you and thank you for all of the amazing training that you have given to him at Parisi. Last year, John George tried track for the first time and was fast enough to make the cuts and be on the Lionville Middle School Team, but had no form. We came to Parisi for some private form training and by the end of the season John George had several runs with the A team 4X1 relay. At track tryouts this year, he had the fasted time on the 100 and 200. Starting in November we continued with the Parisi semi-private training and participated in the sprinter’s clinic during the winter. Aside from learning to relax a bit more, John George’s form is amazing and he’s running in the mid 12’s in the 100. He is also the anchor on the 4×1 and 4×2 A teams. Thanks to you, John George is becoming a serious sprinter. He loves it and is so happy to have found Parisi.”
Ellen Erdman (Joe’s mother)
“Both Joe and his coaches noticed a dramatic improvement in his speed/acceleration and endurance after being in the Parisi Speed School Football Program for a few weeks. It was just what Joe needed to get back on track after being sidelined by a hamstring pulled early in October 2009. The Parisi program addressed his flexibility needs as well as his strength, endurance, and explosiveness, which the regular high school football weight lifting program did not. The nutritional/general wellness education he received at Parisi Speed School also made a positive impact, which he still talks about months later. Joe often speaks of ‘integrity’ and his ability to relate to what was said. GREAT program!”
