Watch the video below then read what Founder & CEO, Bill Parisi, had to say about his recent trip to Parisi Speed School Beijing.
Commitment, Unity, Culture
These are the three words that best describe Parisi Speed School Beijing.
I just spent four days in China learning about its history and culture. Michael Bo, Owner of Parisi Speed School Beijing, exemplifies his country’s proud heritage of how his people stayed strong throughout generations, culminating now with a free enterprise system that will help strengthen the lives of all Chinese people.
Michael and his coaches are using the Parisi Speed School to strengthen the lives of children in China by offering their cutting-edge facility and programming to nearby schools and families. Michael has built one of the most innovative Speed Schools in the entire Parisi network. He has taken 2,500 square feet and made it into a highly-functional and incredibly motivating space.
I had the privilege to re-certify all of Michael’s coaches along with 35 new Parisi Coaches over three days. I now see why China has become such a strong and powerful nation. The commitment and attention to detail from each coach was incredible. Every coach was completely dialed into the education for the full three days, always engaged and wanting more. And what made this even more incredible is that this three-day education was all done through a translator. The coaches seemed as if they were an army training for a mission.
It is this level of commitment that has helped Parisi Speed School Beijing become wildly successful in their first year of business. The opportunity in China is endless.
I had the privilege to meet with numerous Chinese Olympic Champions and Coaches. We are now in talks for Parisi to train up to 20,000 Youth Coaches in China.
You may be wondering how did this all happen?
Michael Bo had a dream. He searched for a system, found Parisi and brought it to China. He executes on everything we tell him. His team follows our training protocols and now Michael, as the first Parisi Master Coach in China, has endless opportunity to establish Parisi Speed Schools throughout the nation.
If someone can take the Parisi program halfway around the world, translate everything we have into Chinese and teach it to coaches who do not have a lot of experience, and then educate the market on exactly what Parisi is and how it can help their child, you absolutely can be successful here in the U.S. The answer is to simply follow the system and EXECUTE on it every day.
The single most important factor in Parisi China’s success is that every coach knows the daily, weekly, monthly and yearly goals. They are all written on a big dry erase board. Success is simple once you understand it.
Have clear and concise goals written down where you can see them every day.
Measure your daily activity to confirm your success for reaching your goals
Adjust your activity and goals accordingly to fit the changes that may occur as your business develops.
The Chinese are incredibly focused and driven people and we can learn a lot from the Chinese work ethic. I love the Chinese people. I have a dream to use Parisi to help bring America and China closer together. Think about that for a second. Think about how Parisi can change the world by getting leaders of both countries to take notice of how a youth training program can work closely together to help children be faster, stronger and more confident. Maybe this can show everyone how differences can be set aside, if there is one common goal to make the world a better place.
My mind is racing as I sit here on the 14-hour plane ride home. I am more excited than ever to involve all Parisi Coaches to join me in using our brand and system to help empower kids in the US, China and all over the world. Remember, the kids we’re training will be the future leaders of our respective countries. If we make a big enough positive impact with all the kids we train from around the world, we just might make the world a better place. We all have the opportunity and we all have the ability, all you have to do is follow the strategy to make your own facility better.
Get that dry erase board and put it up somewhere in your Speed School where all your coaches can see it every day. Hold each other accountable to the written goals. Just as Michael learned a lot from us, we all can take note and learn a lot from him and his operation…even though we are half a world away.
