For athletes to perform at the highest level on the field, they need to make sure that they are eating the right way off of the field.  In the Season 2 Premiere of our Atlantic Sports Health Medicine Series, we talk with the Nutritionist for the New York Jets Nicolette Newquist, who has some helpful tips for our athletes in Parisi Nation to properly fuel their bodies.
