Is your athlete competitive? Do you want to pull that competitive drive out of them? Athletes who train with their friends are more inclined to push themselves harder during sessions than athletes who don’t know the other kids in class. In October, if you refer a friend to us and they do a FREE athletic evaluation you will receive your choice of:

3 personal training sessions for an adult or child OR

One FREE week of group training adult classes

Contact us at [email protected] or (631) 689-9063 for more information or simply pass your friend’s contact information to us. We hope to see you, and your friends, soon! #TrainToWin
