There is so much information on the topic of ACL injuries, in terms of understanding what these ligaments do, how they can occur, treatment and prevention, we couldn’t fit it all into one month. In our March Newsletter, we discussed the function of the ACL and why this is such a devastating injury. This month, with help again from Dr. Damian Martins of Atlantic Sports Health, we are shifting our focus to risk factors and exactly what you can do, to help prevent this injury from happening to you.
