Our Parents & Athletes Say It Best!
I just wanted to reach out to you and the team and say thank you. On Monday my son, Brady who turns 15 next month, was a offered a full scholarship to play hockey at the University of Wisconsin Madison. His verbal commitment to attend was announced on Tuesday. I can't tell you how much the training he received from the Parisi System helped in his development. After we moved from Normal and he trained elsewhere he still used the principles he learned in his training. He always did ( and still does) the warm-up before practices and games, he always did ( and still does) the decel in his movement training, even when others didn't. The 6 years he trained in the program truly set him apart from others. The training also allowed the two of us to spend a lot of time together as father and son, creating an incredible bond. We always have open and honest communication, another benefit from the Parisi program. The program not only made him a better athlete it helped make him better person.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! Ariana Strunk participated in your Parisi classes as part of the Eastdale Little League Softball team that had the goal to go to the World Series. Well, not only did the girls make it but they won the series with an amazing record. Ariana can’t say enough about how fast she felt and how much you helped condition her for this event. She participated in the pre-game base running challenge against all the other teams in the World Series and beat everyone by a whole 1.2 seconds. She is also playing on an 18-under team and is the fastest girl on the team. You are an amazing coach who helped Ariana realize her potential and motivate her to become more than even she thought she could be.
This experience has been absolutely amazing! This accomplishment will be with Bailey for the rest of her life. During the time that Bailey participated in the Parisi program we saw her grow in both strength and endurance. Not only did her speed increase but her core strengthened significantly. The team participated in the Parisi program during the off-season. It was important during this time that they focused on maintaining good physical shape and developed strength, speed and definition in preparation for the upcoming season. The Parisi program helped them to meet these objectives and much more. We look forward to the opportunity to participate in the future. Thank you for your commitment and time. It played an important role in the overall success of these young ladies/softball players.
We want to thank you so much for all the time and effort you spent with our Eastdale Little League Softball team! You really personalized the training sessions for the girls and really taught them the correct running form. We started with you last fall and trained all winter leading up to our spring softball season. Our goal was to make it to the World Series, and we knew it would take a lot of work. You helped to strengthen the girls, and show them that training can be fun, and you really helped to motivate them beyond their potential. My daughter, Shannon, could really start to see and feel the difference of proper technique. The girls not only made it to the World Series they won it! The parents kept joking with the girls that we'd call Shauna if they didn't use proper arm action and use the techniques you taught them. I can't say enough great things about Shauna's ability to work with young girls and the Parisi classes at Defined Fitness. We look forward to more sessions and continued improvement. Thank you again for your time and dedication to these fabulous girls!!
This is long overdue, but I want you to know what a wonderful experience your Parisi Speed School training supplied for the boys in our Pasadena Lacrosse League and I look forward to more in the coming year.
From my first free trial Parisi session, to the speed and acceleration work, to my one-on-one lifting sessions, I’ve learned just as much about myself as a person and athlete as I have about the health side of my sport. I can push myself to reach new levels and meet high goals all while working out in a fun environment. I’ve formed a relationship with the Parisi speed coaches, one who has left me laughing between lifting sets more times than not. The friendly atmosphere inside Parisi is balanced perfectly with the hard work put in by the athletes every day in the gym. That hard work wouldn’t be so enjoyable without the encouragement of every coach, no matter if they are coaching you that day, or a group of other athletes.
When I started Parisi I had never lifted consistently and knew I wanted/needed to get more powerful. This summer I lifted three days a week for one hour and the results speak for themselves. If someone told me at the beginning of the summer I would be squatting significantly more than my body weight, or lifting almost 200 pounds for a trap bar deadlift, or easily doing sets of band-assisted pullups right into sets of real pushups, I would have not believed them. After a summer in Parisi, I can do that and more.
It’s great to be in a routine for workouts and have something to count on, whether an athlete wants to work on speed, power, acceleration, running mechanics or strength. If an athlete’s desire is there, Parisi brings it out, no matter the level. They have helped me 100 percent to get ready to move from high school athletics to Division 1 college athletics.
I have Chase, Kristian and daughter, Kacey all training at G4. Chase just finished spring football and really stood out (3 running TDs) with his training. Freddy and the crew are representing the Parisi brand with high praise. Their people skills and engagement are incredible. They’re all passionate and really strive to bring out the best in these young athletes. I know you probably already know this but the impact and results Team G4 is making is moving.
