Dr. Stuart McGill
Professor of Spine Biomechanics
Dr. Stuart M. McGill is a professor emeritus, University of Waterloo, where he was a professor for 32 years. His laboratory and experimental research clinic investigated issues related to the causal mechanisms of back pain, how to rehabilitate back-pained people and enhance both injury resilience and performance. This produced over 240 peer-reviewed scientific journal papers, several textbooks, and many international awards. He mentored over 40 graduate students during this scientific journey.
During this time he taught thousands of clinicians and practitioners in professional development and continuing education courses around the world.
He continues as the Chief Scientific Officer for Backfitpro Inc. His advice is often sought by governments, corporations, legal experts, medical groups and elite athletes and teams from around the world. Difficult back cases are regularly referred to him for consultation.
Dan Pfaff
World-Renowned Track & Field Coach
Dan Pfaff is an internationally experienced and recognized educator/coach with 44 years of multifaceted work. Pfaff’s impressive background includes directorships of international training centers, coaching staff development, Division I intercollegiate track and field as a head coach, as well as numerous assistant coaching and teaching positions.
Pfaff also has extensive experience as a lecturer and curriculum designer for international, national, regional, state and community level sports theory symposia and schools. He is a highly-qualified leader with demonstrated abilities in integrated support team management, coach and support staff development/mentoring, and community relations.
Pfaff is actively involved with consulting services to a number of professional teams, support staffs and individual athletes in a variety of sports both domestically and internationally. He is internationally recognized as a high performance center director having served domestically and internationally.
Michol Dalcourt
Founder, Institute of Motion
Michol Dalcourt is an internationally recognized expert in human movement and performance. He is the founder and Director of the Institute of Motion, inventor of the fitness tool “ViPR PRO®” and co-founder of PTA Global. As an international lecturer and educator, Michol has authored numerous articles on human design and function, developed a series of performance videos and created and athletic model for high performance training.
Dr. Ken Clark
Dr. Ken Clark is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Kinesiology at West Chester University (WCU), joining the WCU faculty in the Fall 2015 Semester. Ken teaches Biomechanics and Kinetic Anatomy at the undergraduate level, and teaches Motor Learning at both the undergraduate and graduate level.
Ken’s research interests include the mechanical factors underlying athletic performance and injury mechanisms, and he has special expertise in speed and agility development. Ken has peer-reviewed publications in journals such as the Journal of Applied Physiology, Journal of Experimental Biology, Scandinavian Journal of Medicine & Science in Sports, and the Journal of Strength & Conditioning Research.
In addition to teaching and conducting research, Ken has over a decade of strength & conditioning coaching experience. He has coached in the private sector (Summit Sports Training Center), the high school level (Dallas Jesuit Prep), and in the collegiate setting (Dickinson College and Haverford College). Starting in 2017, Ken has worked with the sprinters on the WCU Track and Field team, and has also been a biomechanics consultant for USA Track and Field. Ken has certifications from the NSCA, USA-Weightlifting, and USA Track & Field.
Ken received his PhD in Applied Physiology and Biomechanics from Southern Methodist University in Dallas in 2014, where he was mentored by Dr. Peter Weyand. Ken completed his Master’s Degree in Kinesiology at West Chester University in 2009. Ken completed his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Swarthmore College in 2003, where he was a two-time All-Conference running back for the football team.
Paul Robbins
VP of Sports Performance, Kinexon
As VP of Sports Performance at Kinexon, a leader in RFID sports tracking, Paul oversees performance consulting for professional teams and athletes. Clients include the NBA, NFL, USTA as well as German leagues in soccer, handball and basketball. Previously, Paul was Director of Performance for STATS and oversaw the development of the NBA sports performance game data. He is now taking the performance data metrics into these additional sports and leagues.
Paul has an extensive background in tracking technology and its impact on athlete recovery and conditioning. Much of this came from working for over 10 years with EXOS (formerly known as Athletes Performance) as the metabolic specialist developing energy system programs and assessment. Since then, he has been involved with the USTA Sports Science and NHL Combine Committees and sits on advisory boards for Plantiga, Kenzen, Sports Biometric Conference and Bimin. Paul works directly with various wearable and recovery treatment companies to develop hardware for live data tracking, performance training based on energy systems demands and recovery protocols.
Paul received his Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, with an emphasis in exercise science, from the State University of New York, Cortland. He has a Master’s in Exercise Physiology from California University of Pennsylvania.
Rich Sadiv
Head Coach, Combine Training
The owner of Parisi Speed School’s flagship facility in Fair Lawn, NJ, Rich serves as our NFL Combine Director. Rich’s career at Parisi began in 2008 after 20+ years at UPS, however his passion for fitness and involvement was always present. Rich was, and still is, a competitive power lifter in the World Natural Powerlifting Federation. He currently holds 14 State, 5 National and 1 World Record (s).
At Parisi, Sadiv began his career as a strength consultant, coach, and Program Director for the Parisi NFL Combine Program, which has produced over 200 NFL Draft picks, including Alfred Morris, Josh Norman, Demario Davis and TJ Clemmings. He has also trained athletes from a variety of sports, such as Jim Miller (UFC), Jim Galvin (Olympian), Michael Young (Basketball), Hayden Smith (Rugby) and Penelope Edmonds (Soccer). In 2015, Rich purchased the Fair Lawn facility and is now responsible for a staff of 11 full-time trainers, 7 part-time coaches, 3 part-time admins and 1 full-time marketing manager. Sadiv received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology in 1989 from William Paterson University and has professional certifications from NASM and FMS, in addition to being a Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Certified Engineer. He has been married for 26 years, with 2 daughters and currently resides in Glen Rock, NJ.

Glen Tobias, MS, RD, CSSD
Sports Performance Nutritionist
Glen’s education, a Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University, being a certified specialist in sports dietetics (CSSD), 24 years of experience, and down to earth manner set him apart from his peers; “Perfect does not exist, if you shoot for it you will always fail,” says Glen of his approach to weight management and sports performance optimization through nutrition. Glen believes in making changes in your daily eating as part of your lifestyle. Restriction is not the answer to a lifestyle change, but balancing nutritious meals in a timely manner, as well as proper hydration and sleep play a critical role in achieving success.
Glen works with teams and individual athletes of all ages and skill sets in his private practice in NY, NJ and CT; his clients range from professional athletes to elementary school students. Most recent career highlights include Glen’s positions as the team nutritionist for the Boston Red Sox (MLB baseball team) and former team nutritionist for the New York Jets (NFL football team); Nutritionist for Atlantic Sports Health – in Morristown, NJ; the Nutritionist for Manhattan Sports Medicine in NYC.
