Description
Maximum velocity training is the ultimate plyometric and the ultimate expression of strength and power. However in the current performance landscape, a lot of flashy applications cause confusion to coaches and their programming.
What actually works?
How should we program to correct our athletes’ inefficient mechanics?
How often should we sprint at maximum velocity?
Attendees of this Parisi Speed School Masterclass can expect the answer to those questions in more in Maximum Velocity Made Simple!
