Important Update About Parisi Speed School Schedule
We are very excited to announce the Spring schedule for our Parisi Speed School starting next Monday, March 7th, 2022.
We believe that this schedule will be beneficial for all our athletes regardless of if they are in season or out of season during the spring.
Jump Start: We expect Jump Start to remain consistent with attendance and since Covid, our program has grown back to a level where we need to offer more classes. However, this does not mean that your athlete should be coming to every session. We still recommend that your athlete comes 2-3 sessions a week to benefit from our program. Looking at the schedule you will see that we will be offering the Jump Start on the following days and times:
Mondays @ 6:00PM Linear Speed
Tuesdays @ 6:30 PM Linear Speed
Wednesdays @ 6:00 PM Multidirectional Speed
Thursdays @ 6:30 PM Multidirectional Speed
Fridays @ 6:00 PM Speed and Strength
Saturday @ 9 AM Speed and Strength
Please note that athletes should either come on Monday or Tuesdays, Wednesday or Thursday and Fridays or Saturdays, again they should not be coming on both days this is due to the programming that we will be offering each day being similar. Any athletes that do not adhere to this will not be allowed to participate in that class. If you have questions, comments, or concerns please reach out to me directly.
Total Performance: We hope to not see a drop in Total Performance athletes but due to the commitment to sports at this age we understand. We have structured our schedule so that those who do not have a Spring Sports can continue to come to our program on Monday and Wednesday @ 5:30 PM followed by strength at 6:15 PM. In addition, we are offering a set of Total Performance classes on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30 PM. Please note the Total Performance classes on Tuesday and Thursday will be strength-based due to limited space on the Parisi side at that time.

Saturday @ 9 AM Linear Speed and Strength Day 3, Make-Up Day 1, or Day 2
Athletes should not be coming to every Total Performance Session.
The only exception for a Total Performance Athlete coming every day is if they did the following:
Mondays @ 5:30 PM Linear Speed
Tuesdays @ 6:30 PM Strength Day 1
Wednesdays @ 5:30 PM Multidirectional Speed
Thursdays @ 6:30 PM Strength Day 2
Saturday @ 10 AM Linear Speed and @10:45AM Strength Day 3 or Makeup Day 1 or Day 2
Elite Sports Performance: The demands of sports at this age between practice, games, and school are a lot and we understand that many will find it challenging to get into classes. We hope that by offering the Elite Sports Performance program more frequently that we will be able to accommodate all our athletes effectively.
Elite Sports Performance program will be offered as followed:
Mondays @ 6:45PM Linear Speed & @ 7:30PM Strength Day 1
Tuesdays @ 7:30PM Strength Day 1
Wednesdays @ 6:45PM Multidirectional & @ 7:30PM Strength Day 2
Thursdays @ 7:30PM Strength Day 2
Fridays @ 5PM Strength Make Up for Day 1 or 2 or Day 3
Saturday @ 11:30AM Linear Speed and @ 12:15P Strength Day 3, Make Up Day 1 or Day 2
Elite Sports Performance athletes should be talking with our coaching staff to get a better understanding of what days they should be coming in or reaching out via email.
