STEP 1: EVALUATE
Evaluations: Every athlete begins our program with a mandatory evaluation. At the beginning of the evaluation the athlete is introduced to our ACTIVE DYNAMIC WARM-UP, which is performed during every session at the Parisi Speed School. The performance evaluation consists of a comprehensive running analysis, 10 yard timed sprint, vertical jump, 5 consecutive standing broad jump, 5-10-5 pro agility shuttle, 200 yard endurance drill, chin-up test and wobble board flexibility screen (ages 12 and up). We use the evaluation to assess and group your athlete in the appropriate training program.
STEP 2: REVIEW RESULTS
Reviews: Immediately after the evaluation, our testing expert will discuss the results and explain which program is the best for your athlete according to his or her needs. The results will also be scored to rank your athlete in our cat club ranking system.
STEP 3: SELECT A PROGRAM
Parisi Speed School has different training programs available for your athletes age and abilities. Depending on their athletic needs the proper training program will be recommended by the performance coach upon completion of the evaluation. This will ensure the athlete’s individual needs are met, improve their form and technique individually.
STEP 4: RE-EVALUATE
At the end of the athlete’s program, he or she is re-evaluated to view his or her progress. The same evaluation that was conducted prior to the athlete’s training at the Parisi Speed School is conducted and the performance coach will then meet with the parent(s) as well as the athlete to discuss the results. The performance coach will then create a new training program based on the athlete’s progress and needs.
