Class Breakdowns:
Jumpstart Ages 7-11
Jumpstart Level 2: Ages 10 & 11
Total Performance Level 1: Ages 12 & 13 Total Performance Level 2: Age 14
High School Elite: Ages 15 & up
Jump Start (JS) – The average age for this level is 7-11 years of age. Athletes placed at this level need to improve their basic motor development, but are demonstrating the technique and coach-ability that will prepare them for the next level. Classes combine Top Speed, Acceleration, Change of Direction, and body weight strength training.
Total Performance (TP) – The average age for this level is 12-18years of age. Athletes placed at this level are now able to perform the basic requirements of our program and are at the beginner level for strength training. Classes are specifically divided into speed, change of direction and strength. Athletes placed at this level may have a number of years training experience and can tolerate more intense levels of work.
High School Elite: Athletes at this level must complete an initial evaluation and test into these classes. These classes are designed for the high-level high school athlete looking to pursue their athletic careers at the collegiate level.
