Greg Martin
Co-Program Director
Greg is a graduate from Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree is Exercise Science. While attending Bloomsburg University, Greg studied Care and Prevention of Athletic Injuries, where he focused on the occurrences of ACL injuries. Greg understands the setback of injuries and how important it is to incorporate injury prevention into training. As an active athlete, coach, referee, and trainer, Greg is involved in all aspects of sports. Between his knowledge and own experience in sport performance, Greg coaches through training, teaching, and relating to athletes on and off the field.
Tyler Uhlig
Co-Program Director
Tyler is a graduate from Shippensburg University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Exercise Science, with a minor in Coaching.
While attending Shippensburg University, Tyler found a strong interest in group/team training. He enjoys coaching athletes of all ages and interacting with them. He understands that every athlete is different, and the importance of recognizing both strengths and weaknesses of every athlete. From his previous athletic and coaching experience, Tyler brings with him various leadership skills. He uses his passion for sports and love of coaching, when leading his athletes down the right track, in order to help them achieve their goals.
