With 32 years in the martial arts and now 18 in the fitness industry, Katalin has a pedigree that represents accomplishments in both industries that is rarely is replicated. Katalin is a certified personal training but has also developed areas of expertise in post-rehab training, special populations and youth fitness. Her style of training is thorough, disciplined, focused and kind.
Some of her key career highlights include earning 4 black belts in various martial arts, authoring two books, starring in 17 DVDs, completing a 100 city speaking tour across America. authoring 4 industry educational manuals, publishing over 200 articles in national magazines and playing the role of 3 charactiers in one of the largest selling video games in history-Mortal Kombat.

Brennan Cox

From the moment he could stand on two feet, Brennan knew he was destined to play sports. Whether it was soccer, baseball, basketball, or track, Brennan was active all year long. In highschool, Brennan was the captain of his football and baseball teams. As a catcher and outfielder, Brennan earned all-conference honors his senior year and earned a scholarship to play baseball at Evangel University in Springfield, MO.
After his college baseball career was over, Brennan joined the United States Army. He graduated with honors earning the award for Top Physical Fitness in his graduating battalion (over 200 soldiers). In addition to his duties as a Blackhawk helicopter mechanic, Brennan served as his unit’s Fitness Coordinator. This is where his passion for training began. Brennan was responsible for training soldiers who had trouble with weight control and/or passing the Army Physical Fitness Test, and getting them fit to fight.
As a certified personal trainer, and sports nutritionist Brennan strives to show all students, parents, and members alike, the importance of living a healthy and productive lifestyle.

Josh started his martial arts training at age 4 years old. He first studied tae kwon do and hapkido. As a teen he studied Shoalin Long Fist, a Chinese martial art and then began wrestling when he entered high school. Since then, Joshua has served as an assistant wrestling coach for his high school, Plainfield South and continued to train in a wide variety of martial arts including freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling, Japanese jiu-jitsu, muay thai and western boxing. Although he is still a devoted student of the martial arts, Joshua combines many aspects of the his traditional martial arts training into his youth fitness classes and POW!’s birthday party curriculums.
Joshua brings an athletic energy to POW! Kids. It is clearly seen when you watch him teach his favorite baseball and football drills during the POW!’s Fit Kid Camps and birthday party programs. Besides his love of sports and martial arts, Joshua has a passion for music. He plays the cello, french horn, bass and guitar. Joshua combines teaching techniques from both the music and athletic community. Josh’s youthful and playful personality makes him a great addition to the POW! youth & Parisi staff.

Brandon Evans

Coach Brandon Evans was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV. Growing up he played multiple sports, but excelled in baseball. Coach Brandon played college baseball at Colorado State University-Pueblo (a NCAA Division II and part of the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference). He was a 2 year starter in center field & saw some time as a pitcher. In 2011, he earned First Team All Conference (RMAC) and in 2013 Pre-Season, he received All American honors. Brandon was a part of the 2013 RMAC tournament champion team which sits as one of his best memories. Following his playing career, Brandon was honored to serve as an Assistant Coach for the 2014 CSU- Pueblo baseball team. Brandon has experience coaching youth baseball teams and individual players alike. While finishing his BS in Exercise Science, he continued to coach while working as a Sports Performance Trainer with RedLine Athletics. In addition, he is a Second-Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and enjoys competing in various sports in his free time.
Brandon has been working for Redline Athletics for the past 6 years. He began as a sports performance trainer. His work ethic and knowledge was quickly recognized by his superiors and he was promoted to the Director of Operations and leaves Redline this month as the Director of Sports Performance. He has helped to open 4 different facilities for this southwestern based company; assisting them with sites in Colorado and Texas. Despite already being a certified speed and agility trainer and USA Weightlifting Coach, he is excited to add the Parisi Education to his skill sets and become part of the Parisi Nation.
