About Parisi The Club
Parisi The Club is Utah’s #1 Speed, Agility, Strength & Conditioning, and Injury Prevention Institute. We believe that coaching is about teaching the right fundamentals. We work with athletes from Salt Lake City to Logan, ages 7 and up.
Our specified techniques can be applied to any sport you can think of. Our professional performance coaches provide on-sight and off-sight, individual and team training that will take you to the next level.
