Our new facility which was built in 2012 and opened on December 20th 2012 is 6,039 square feet. The facility includes an indoor turf track that is 150’ long & 18’ wide, weight room, functional training area and an open mezzanine for parents. The weight room includes a dual rack, Vertimax, Tredsled, reverse hyper, low row, dumbbells and more. The functional training area includes, TRX, four pull bars, vertical and horizontal peg boards, monkey bars, rock climbing wall, cargo net, vertical and horizontal rope, heavy bags, battling ropes, plyo boxes and more. The facility is heated and cooled by three geo-thermal units, lit by the latest energy efficient T5 lights and has large windows providing lots of natural light.
