4 Exciting Pieces of Equipment That Will Take Your Athlete To The Next Level:
Ohm Run:
The Ohm is great for resisted movement at varying speeds. Slower speeds can work on the fine details of acceleration, while faster speeds can work on power output. The great thing is that power is measured by the equipment, so we always know if the athlete is generating more power or not.
Blaze Pods:
Blaze Pods are every athletes favorite way to end a session. An app tracks reaction time and competitive events, while giving the ability to change the drill in a variety of ways.
Woodway Curve Treadmill:
Hands down, the best piece of equipment for improving top-end speed. This might even be better than coaching. You receive instant feedback and can’t remain running if your mechanics are not right: you have to keep tall posture, proper arm action, and pick your knees up in order to remain running. Then, your MPH are measured so you know if each run is faster than the last.
Tidal Tank:
The shifting water in the tidal tank challenges your core and stability like nothing else can. We love to do multi-directional speed drills with the tidal tank, especially with more advanced athletes.
